43 yrs old and TTC with first round of Clomide

I'm 431/2 and trying to conceive 2nd child.  My daughter is beautiful and thriving in college at 21 years old.  Fiancé is 35 but tested with low sperm count two weeks ago. Just finished my first round of Clomide 100mg and had my ultrasound yesterday.  I have three eggs available, two great in size one small.  It's up to us this weekend to make a miracle happen.  I don't know if we should do it every other day or go for gold and try everyday all day.  Lol.
