What's wrong with me?

For the last week, at night I will get sick to my stomach. I feel nausea .. Like I have to throw up.. It's irritating & I highly doubt I'm pregnant. It's soo weird.

I get super nauseous all the time. There's so many things that cause it, such as imbalances in your ears, imbalances in your tummy, gastritis, etc. The best things that I have tried to combat the feeling of being ill all the time:
-eating freshly cut lemon. For some reason it works. You can even make a lemonade type thing.
-peppermint, anything mint, is known to help with nausea. Used to have a little bottle of mint essence every time I got in a car for travel sickness. The smell of it helped for some reason.
-ginger
-travel sickness medication, just over the counter type thing. Even if you aren't moving or travelling anywhere it helps a lot.
-sleeping, my defence mechanism for nausea is sleeping, I always wake up feeling better.
- I know this is illegal but weed, it's prescribed in places for chemo patients to help them to increase their appetite and suppress nausea.

If you still feel ill, best see a doctor if there's another cause.

Have you been eating? Sometimes I get that feeling when I don't eat. Try eating yogurt or drink a glass of milk that usually works for me 😊
