How long does it last?

Do you need a pad or does it simply dye the toilet paper pink?

Is it red, pink, or orange?

I had a 13week u/s yesterday and everything looked great. Baby was wiggling, heart beat was nice and fast. Then 5 hours later I found blood on the toilet paper when I went pee which has never happened before. I have been spotting ever since last night around 11pm. Sometimes there's no blood on the t.p. the first time it was red, since the first time, its been either orange or pink.

No cramps, but a heavyness/pressure on my bladder that makes me have to pee. The same feeling I get just before starting my period.
