Raw sex while on your period?

fiance is allergic to condoms which doesnt bother me but my period has started today which lowered my chances of thinking I will be a mom to a second child again. My shipment date for the military is approaching and he wants to have sex with me raw since he's allergic to latex. Since everything has a cure now a days, is there anything that can fix this problem? when I get back hopefully I will try the meds for pcos that everyone is speaking of. We been trying for 3 months for baby number 2. Sometimes I have 2 cycles in a month and sometimes I don't ovulate. I have heard of people having raw sex while on their cycle but what answer will you give? He wanted me to be a stay at home mom and wife but I don't wanna create the feeling of having to depend on him at any time.
