Confused!!

Hi this is my first time posting on glow, and in need of some advice. My period was due on the 11/03/15, it was 3 days late as it came on the 6th.... Or so I thought!! It was really light to the point I didn't have to wear a pad/tampon. Now it's all done there's nothing on my panties or when I wipe when I pee. For 3 weeks I've suffered from severe breast soreness to the point where it hurt when my fiancé touch them. I have no cramps or backpain that are usually associated with my period. The part where I'm confused about is all the test I've been taking came up negative 😰 a bit stressful not knowing wth is going on with my body. Maybe I'm testing too early idk but it's just really unusual for me. Since puberty I've never had a "light" flow I'm 27y/o and a mother of a 3y/0 my periods are always heavy. Could it be that I MIGHT BE PREGNANT????👀🙏🏾
