Eloping...

Does anybody know about eloping? When we sign for our marriage license at the clerks office do we still have to have a ceremony? I'm trying to avoid that. I just want us to go for our license and get married right then and there. So looking for all the knowledge you ladies have about eloping... Hope to hear from you's soon...
