Gestational Diabetes

I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes 5 weeks ago. Im now 35w2d. Im on strict diet, taking insulin shots, sugars are still super high, baby fails almost every stress test, and she is getting very big. They are saying i might have to do a csection or be induced early. Any mommies go through this? Their story, outcomes? Im very nervous and want to know what to expect so i can prepare myself.

The doctors arent telling me much and they keep saying they wont set a date on anything because anything could happen and to just keep praying.
