Help! 10 days late

Ashley💄 • Sun, Nov 08 • Me 33, SO 37 ttc#1 for both of us. Been trying to actively conceive for over 6+years. Diagnosed with pcos and Incompetent cervix. TAC placed in June 2018. FET #1 BFP due 10/2019.

I'm 10 days late! For the last 9mths after starting metformin my period have been like clockwork....30 day cycles. Had an HSG on the 8th of this month and now late. What should I do? hpt at 7 days late BFN.
