Abdominal pain

So I have been having abominal pain since I last had food poisoning back in April , the pain comes and goes. I feel very nauseous sometimes, I last went to the doctors the end of April. They had told me I had constipation and gave me a prescription for it..  Yesterday I took some laxatives & went to bed. This morning I woke up feeling like crap, my stomach was still hurting like hell...right now my stomach still hurts to the point where I cry... This is not no damn constipation... I don't know what this could be , maybe an ulcer I don't know... Going to go to the hospital soon....
