Weight gain?
I'm 4w6d and I'm watching what I eat really carefully, no junk food, no sugar, just salads and omelettes and Greek yogurt, but I'm gaining weight. Yesterday I had 1130 calories but I'm up 1.6 pounds from yesterday. I'm freaking out because since I'm already overweight I don't have that much wiggle room on the weight gain. Any ideas or thoughts?
