Possible PCOS

Been trying to conceive for over a year now and a doctor finally ordered some ultrasounds because of my irregular periods.

Was able to read a part of my results of the tests online and it stated could possibly be PCOS.

Going to the doctor later today for complete results.

Just wondering if other ladies have been able to get pregnant with this issue or should I just except I might never get to have a baby of my own
