So scared...

I'm 34weeks 6days I have been having so many braxton hick contractions then like 20 mins ago I got up from a chair and noticed the chair is now wet where I was sitting. I went from being extremely constipated to 2 bm in less than a hour without taking anything for the constipation. Could it be early signs of my labor starting. I feel so scared now I am afraid of labor.
