Please Dont Judge Me But I Need Advice

I'm pregnant with my bf son. We been together for 5 years. He cheated on me more than once and i forgave him (naive) i know but i really love him i lost my virginity to him and he has been the only one. I don't trust him but I don't know how to leave him. He doesn't spend time with me anymore he is secretive with his phone he accuse me all the time. We barely talk he gets angry when i don't want to have sex idk what to do. I also need him for transportation because I do not know how to drive yet. I know I deserve better but right now I need him. No Judgement Please!!!
