My logs keep deleting 🙄🤔😡

Is it just me or is anyone else's glow/glow nurture logs messing up ? It's quite frustrating that I have to go back and re enter my logs .... The furthest I went back to was Sunday because with pregnancy brain that's as far back as I could remember lol , but anyway idk if it's my phone because I need to order a new battery for my iPhone as its been acting stupid .... Anyone help it's frustrating I'm going to order my battery now as well but in the meantime should I keep going back to re log or just leave it as is ? It even deleted today's log just after I logged so I had to re enter ! 😡
