5dpo HELP

Me and my partner had sex 5 days before I ovulated and then on ovulation night me and my partner had sex twice and he came inside me all three times... I'm 5dpo right now and my back has been killing me and I've been cramping on and off just a little bit in the morning and had a full feeling in my adominal area but then it will go away and I'm hungry all the time and I'm tired and I have no energy to do anything it feels like and I have a little creamy white discharge and I'm gassy could I be pregnant or am I just thinking about it to much?
