IBS symptoms? Help!

Question

I have recently been told i have IBS. Has anyone else out there got any similar symptoms to me?

I get sore stomachs, like cramps and then sharp pains, i get nauseous from time to time, i get constipated and then diarrhoea sometimes, every time i eat i get so bloated :( and then i sometimes get light heads for whatever reason :/

Its such a pain! Anyone else have these symptoms and how do you deal with them because im struggling :(

I have IBS and it is a pain. Try to stay away from foods that give u gas/ bloating. Drink water, stay away from sodas if possible. Also if u do eat or drink that stuff take beano. It helps with gas and bloating (well for me anyways). Oh and greasy foods. Try and keep the same food diet. Like in the morning if u eat oatmeal then try to stick with that, a PBJ sandwich for lunch and a usual for dinner in your house hold. Just try and stick with the same foods you are used to
