Question

My doctor cannot give me a clear answer as to if I am miscarrying or not. My levels are rising but. It doubling. After telling me I have had a missed miscarriage they called and said maybe I was only a few weeks along instead. I have been losing old blood for two weeks. And quite a bit. Since yesterday though I have been bleeding. Like a heavy period. But I'm not cramping. I honestly don't even feel pregnant anymore .  Has anyone one experienced this? Is it possible to have a slow and painless miscarriage? My last ultra sound was 1 weeks ago. I thought I was 9 weeks but the Ilya soun. Only reviled a very small gestational sac. I have never had a miscarriage and anyone I know who has are clueless as to why this is happening so slowly. Or if this is truly what it is. Any input would be helpful. Thank you!
