Do these give evaps?

I am 15 weeks PP (DS was born 7-31). I had mirena put in (after a negative blood test the day before) on 9/23. Didn't have sex until the next week. But I missed my follow up appointment the end of October because I was with my mother who was dying. Needless to say the month of October I was extremely stressed, spotted for three weeks. But chalked it up to stress and mirena and breastfeeding. Now, I have been having some symptoms I only have only ever had while pregnant before (EXTREME fatigue, heartburn, ANGRY a lot). I took a couple hpt a week or two ago, but they were negative. But had some strange discharge today (again something I've only experienced while pregnant previously). So I took this tonight. It's faint, but with in seconds of me posting it, multiple people said they could see it. In person it looks sort of pink and is more easily seen. I will test again, but does anyone have experience with these giving evaps? Can anyone tweak to see if it pulls color?
