Interview. Declining.
I have a question. The company I am working posted a job and I applied for it. I am currently a group lead and this is one step higher as a Manager. I got an interview....Set up a day and time and after talking to my babysitter, she decided the new schedule wouldn't work for babysitting. After that, I called my employer and had to tell them I needed to decline the interview. (Sadly)
I wanted the job.
Today, my babysitter told me she decided to retire at the end of the year. So now, babysitting schedules won't be a huge deal and she can babysit whenever I need her. My interview was supposed to be tomorrow, I declined today. Is it acceptable or ok to ask to be reconsidered? They are interviewing till Wednesday.
