Indigestion or something else 😷⁉️⁉️⁉️

Hello ladies so since yesterday after breakfast I've been feeling really nauseous and with a horrible stomach ache kinda like when ur about to have a diarrhea attack (sorry so graphic) my night was horrible I could not sleep my stomach was just bothering the heck outta me. This morning I woke up with the same stomach ache and I tried eating but my stomach starts hurting and I feel like throwing up even tho I don't. I'm 31 weeks and baby has not moved as much as she usually does maybe 4-5 times since I've woken up but not the full 10 movements in an hour ! Any idea on what it could be??? Should I go to the hospital to get Checked??? I don't want to go and look like an idiot and them tell me to just go home but I'm concerned !!! TIA ladies !!!
