Pressure on chest?

I'm 15 and I've been having a lot of pressure right in the center of my chest. It feels like it hard for me to breathe. Like I can breathe and take deep breaths but it just feels like its hard too. And again it just a lot of pressure no pain. So I'm just curious if anybody knows what this could be. I have a doctor app about it but I have been stressing out over it so much. I also have anxiety but I thought that you only feel the pressure when your having an attack not all the time but anyways.. Any of your opinions would be helpful I'm just hoping it nothing serious.
