Clomid

Hi I'm new been trying to concieve for a year and a half and my hubby did a sperm Analysis done everything was good but he had abnormal sperm. I have pcos and I took my first thing of Clomid this month ovulated the 11th. But my boobs have been so sore it's ridiculous sometimes two days after I ovulated ( took at home ovulation kit) two days later I had cramping in my lower abdomen and lower back. What could this be ????
