How were you feeling the days leading up to birth?

I know it's a little early for me, I'm 36 weeks. I went to L and D because I was bleeding and having contractions. I was dilated to a 2 and they monitored me for 3 hours and sent me home. The next day I lost my mucus plug, and it was weird because when I got up I just randomly vomited out of nowhere too,  and that was about 2 days ago. Ever since I have been having menstrual pains in my back and the more I move around the more it hurts. Did anyone feel this way before they went into labor? Stories? :)

I had my son at 36 weeks. I went to L and D and I had only 1 dilatation. Had terrible back pain and my feet where swollen. They wanted to send me back home but I put up a fight because I was scared that my son was ready to be born and I didn't want anything to happen to him. If I where you I would go and refuse to leave some times they miscalculated dates and maybe it's time for him to be born. Just make sure baby is moving and good luck to you 😁

I see a lot of you ladies posting about being extremely tired. I'm currently in that stage! Sleep almost all day and even after I wake up I'm still tired. ive been having lots of contractions for the past 2 weeks, some days more then others. I have yet to lose my plug but I feel like its gonna happen soon! I just hope he waits until after Thanksgiving 😊

I don't think you'll make it past 38 weeks just my opinion I'm no doctor or anything.

I would go back to the hospital if I were you. I was 37 weeks and had all of that the night before and morning that I went into the hospital. I was dilated to a 3 when I got there and my water broke 20 minutes later. Then I had him 4 hours later. Make sure you're monitoring your baby's movement! I was really unsure when I went to the hospital because this was my first baby and we just never really know!

A few days before I had my son my legs just hurt like I was on my period. The day before I had him I was loss my mucus plug and just knew I wasn't going to make it until the weekend and I had him the next day after I lose my plug.

I lost my mucus plug over a period of days, and the last 2 weeks I was really tired. I slept a lot. 
I delivered at 38 weeks, healthy baby boy. 
I had a lot of contractions for a few weeks too, but the night I went into  labor I had went to the bathroom and there was pink blood. 
Then about 20 minutes later there was more blood and I was having contractions about 7 minutes apart. 
We live about 1 hour and 20 minutes awa from our hospital so we headed to the hospital right then.
