3 year old intuitive to adults?

Is it possible for a 3 year old to predict pregnancy? I went to my aunts house where my cousins daughter says "are you sure you don't have a baby growing in your belly?"

When my daughter was 4 years old, she told me that I was pregnant with her baby brother. We weren't even trying to have another baby. So I believe that kids can sense something.

One of my mums friends had a real issue with having children after her first child she got told she wouldn't have children then one day a few years after having her first she found out she was the pregnant she hadn't told any one yet not even her husband and her daughter said to her 'mummy what are you going to call the new baby?' She asked her daughter what new baby and her daughter said 'the one you're growing in your tummy' so I think it is a possiblity children can tell, it's not something unheard of
