My period lasted for a month in October? Now I have it again?

My period lasted the whole October and finished on November 1st. I did get my freak on when it was November 10th. But now when I wipe I see light blood not a lot to fill up a pad it's only when I wipe and I noticed it since last night. This morning I wipe and nothing but today @ 10 am I notice it again? Is this a sign for my period happening again?
