Static growth

Anyone had this? My third baby my other two were always fine! My ft height is measuring 35 weeks and has been for 4 weeks now and stayed the same, had a growth scan just over a week ago and said he was a little small, seen midwife again today and she said I have not grown so another scan tommorow! She said her suspicions is that they will induce me tommorow? I am 39 +2 and petrified
