Cluster feeding & growth spurts

Do they always come hand-in-hand? My daughter was cluster feeding pretty bad right before we hit 3wks but that's also when we transitioned to BF more and supplementing less. She is 5wk today and has been cluster feeding again the past few days. I feel like she only likes me for my milk lol I will keep switching breasts and right when I think she's asleep she'll flinch or I'll reposition and she wakes up hungry for more. She's also getting mad really easily if milk doesn't come out right away. I feel like she's not sleeping long enough for me to fill back up again. Anyone else feel this way?
