Throat infection sore throat

Home remedies for throat ear infection have a terrible cold runny nose, dry face, my throat feels raspy burns I just feel sick. What can I take naturally I don't know about the doctor but honestly I have a fever just am thirsty what does everyone recommend. I'm really upset how did I get sick lol I helped clean a friend's house and there were cough medicine I moved also for prenatal care been in and out of the hospital just man I hate being sick I make sure to warn everyone so they don't get sick to I even hand out vitamins man this sucks so any thing that cures ear throat infection please help.
