Any ideas?

I had a miscarriage in March, my period since that has kinda been all over the place, last month I got it October 17th for 4 days but it was very faint, and I just got this period Nov 20th, I swear I could have sworn I was pregnant, I was throwing up, the smell of chicken would make me gag, and I'm in love with chicken, I felt 'pregnant'... I'm starting to get really down.. I've been with my fiancée for 2 years, no protection, no birth control and still nothing... I dont know what to do anymore..
