What to do....

I'm 21 weeks. I have never felt so alone in my life. My husband calls me a bitch and a whore all the time. He gets drunk every night of his life. I have stood behind him through thick and thin. He hasn't had sex with me in over 3 months. I'm so tired of being alone and being put down. I just don't even know where to begin to even think about leaving him. Any advice
