Heartbeat only 74 at 6w6d

I had an trans vaginal ultrasound today, and while the technician didn't say I should worry, my research is telling me otherwise. The measurements are fine but the heartbeat is 74. Has anyone been in this situation, and how did it end up? Looks like it will be my 2nd miscarriage but looking for a reason to be hopeful!
