Sometime i feel pregnant sometime not 😯

Hey ladies I am 5 weeks 2 days and i think I am going crazy because i feel AF like pain then i start worrying what it js happening and when i do not feel anything then again I got worried of why there is nothing happening 😕 I had 2 mc in past one at 5 weeks and second one was ectopic so I dont know exactly how to feel in normal pregnancy.. Just hoping every thing goes well and most importantly my mind hopefully will set to an ease position some day...
