Hcg dropped?!

Kinda freaking out. Wednesday my level was 3882 and Friday it's at 2500... no bleeding or cramping... some brown spotting. But now I'm afraid I'm going to lose the baby. Any insight or advice

I had a friend who's levels dropped then went back up. The baby is okay. I hope everything works out for you &your  baby.

The reason you only have one comment is because only a doctor has the correct insight. That and I'm sure a lot of people don't feel comfortable giving you a realistic answer that when HCG drops, it's usually not a good sign. Not all the time, but realistically it's not good this early in pregnancy. If they drop and then rise, it's usually when HCG is very high and about to peak
