Possibility of being pregnant?

My man & I have been TTC for 1 year now. I have a really irregular AF. I was supposed to get my AF last week but all I've been having these past days is spotting. At first I thought it was a start of my period because I've been getting acne, but I keep spotting very light.

Plus in my family we believe that if someone dreams about a baby it means someone is pregnant or is going to get pregnant. So recently my mom, my brother, my sister, and my aunt have all dreamt babies (my aunt actually dreamt me having a girl & my second pregnancy with triplet boys).
