Worried

I'm now 3 months late...I've taken so many urine test I've lost count all from when I missed my first day. All say negative, I went to my docotor he did a urine test but didn't test me as a blood test?? (I hate going to that doctor but he is only one that allows my insurance) anyways but he told me to come back in for a ultra sound if I haven't started it In a week or so. Has anyone had this prob. Im worried something is wrong with me, I would mind being pregnant, but not knowing if I am or not is worrying me and what I should do/eat whatever if I am carrying a child. I just don't know what to do at this point.
