Has anyone had a second child after a birth involving preeclampdia and HELLP syndrome?

I waited 8 years to try for another child because of how sick I got with my son. I went blind for 3.5 months after he was born prematurely at 32w6d. I had a wonderful pregnancy with him until a week before I had an emergency c-section. I am so worried this time will be the same because I feel too good. (If that makes any sense) I am currently 7w6d. My doctor can't really tell me with an certainty how likely I am to have the same issues as last time so I was wondering if anyone on here has been through or is going through something similar.
