Went over to my friends house & the second I entered their cat attacked me and left this. After the attack my friend told me the cat may have rabies. This is fucking (sorry for my language) ridiculous. What can I do about this?

Go to the hospital immediately. Even if it isn't rabies, cat bites and scratches can get very badly infected very quickly and those look pretty deep. This is not a wait and see situation.

Cat scratch fever is a real and serious illness. I'd seek medical attention as soon as possible. Especially if the cat possibly has rabies. I'd also report that person for being a horrible pet owner and not taking care of their animal.

Falling out of a tree wouldn't give you rabies. You need to go to an ER, most urgent care clinics are not equipped to treat rabies as it's very uncommon. Public health will also get involved due to the disease.
