I hear my parents going at it and it like emotionally distraughts me! I think it is so damn disturbing and weird as hell! Like I understand it's natural but damn, keep it down! Am I the only one? Is the abnormal to like feel weird? I can hear them still 😒😒😒 god someone help me please

I know exactly how you feel. My dad's ex was always too damn loud. The weirder part is that now that he's single we'll be at cvs getting ice cream and then he decides to get condoms. People almost always think I'm my dad's girlfriend and I'm like eww god no!

Oh god yes, i have no words to describe how weirded out I felt when I heard my dads ex screaming out loud. It was the most disturbing thing ever and disgusting, might I add. You have every right to feel whatever you are feeling. People react different ways and I'm not proud on how I reacted - almost embarrassed by the ideal. I'm not going to say my full reaction but I was so disturbed and disgusted that I had tried to sneak out of the house to go to my mums who lived a block away but my plan had failed when he raced down in his car with nothing but a towel around his waist. After that it was just plain awkward, considering my dad made me sit in the car while we took his ex back home. And that was the first and last time I have ever heard them, thank god.

So you are not the only one. And it's normal to feel the way you do.
