Need to decide! Please respond!!

So I'm 39 weeks exactly today. I had an appt this AM and was 1 cm dilated. I thought I was having contractions but the doctor said 'you'll know', well. Even though I have a daughter, I was induced with her and they were super strong right from the beginning. Since 9 AM I have been having period like cramps in the front of my stomach (low) and in my back. Occasionally the cramps feel more painful. It also hurts more when I sit down and push to pee. They also make me feel like a need to poop and make me feel nauseous when the pain is worse. My husband works an hour away and we only have one vehicle at the moment. So I have to be absolutely sure before I call him. He's in the army and they aren't very understanding about leaving or taking off work. Any advice would be appreciated!
