BD after LH surge

So, I got my LH surge yesterday afternoon. My husband and I have BD the last 4 days, including today. I'm almost 100% certain that I'm ovulating today because I've had pain on my left side and lower back pains. Should we continue through tomorrow, or did we cover our basis at this point?
