For those who don't believe in God

How do you measure, explain and prove the intangible? Concepts of love, hate, your conscience. And why if we came forth through natural selection has the selection process stopped? Why are we not continuing to evolve? How can a bunch of cells from such an intricate and complex system; the universe, mankind! Why is it that we don't just see cells continue to gather and form things?
