Teeth and breastfeeding!

My little one is 5.5 months and already has two teeth on the bottom part way in and I can't take the pain of her breastfeeding...when she is almost done she chomps down and pulls and twist on my nipples and they sometimes even bleed her little teeth are like daggers....ahhhh! Between the 4 month sleep regression she never outgrew and the teething she does not sleep and wants to nurse all the time.....which sucks for me. Ahhhhh. Anyone else in the same boat?
