The implant: HELP PLEASE DESPERATE

So I've been on the implant since August 5 (almost 4 months) and I got it during the middle of my period. When that period finished I have had a mix between a heavy/mild period otherwise none stop spotting with no breaks! I've been using pads all for the past 4ish months and experienced stomach swelling. My doctor told me it was probably just constipation but I've been taking laxatives and I dont think its even my problem.

My main concern is the swelling and lately the period is thick and stringy. For the past two weeks every time I go to the toilet it queefs out a chunk or two of blood and I have major apetite loss. Any one have this problem or knows how to fix it? I'm desperate and still want to give my implant the chance.

I've also tried ponstan (period and cramp controling pill) didn't help the swelling or the spotting.
