Laying on belly should I go to the doctor?

I was playing with family and my dogs and I did a jump to my bed and landed on my belly area I'm six months pregnant. Lol I have to laugh at myself acting like a kid I completely forgot I was pregnant. On the serious side I'm worried I don't even sleep on my stomach will everything be okay? I always hear pregnant women should take it easy
