Tennage issues!!

I'm a teenage fat ugly girl that I know people see and laugh about but all I want is to be slim pretty and have a nice boyfriend! I kind of like this boy but I don't know him so I know it's like impossible because we have banter and stuff but he obvs doesn't like me so what should I do to make him look at me in a different way? Do I stop eating? Wear more makeup? What can I do to get him to at least look at me differently???
