Implant Birth Control

I am due to get my BC taken out March 27, 2017. I will be 20 by time that time comes around. I plan to be done with nail school & be an makeup artists. & since I will have been on BC for a total of 5 years. Is there any way that I should take it out here in 2016 for the fact that I've been on birth control for so long that I will not be able to conceive or anything for about a year or so. Or should I just wait til I am due & get it taken out then. Because I'll be 20 & my SO will be 25.. Therefore by time we are like 22 & 27 we would be perfectly fine to have us a baby. I just don't want to get too old, you know?
