Confused

I never thought getting pregnant was such a challenge when you see certain people have it happen accidentally. Also when your own mother says why aren't you pregant yet? This process shouldn't be stressful but if it's not happening it makes me start to worry. Everyone says give it time but every month when it doesn't happen it's very disappointing! Why is it so easy for some to plan when it will happen but for others it's so tough?
