Ready for sex!!

I was diagnosed with a bacterial infection last Tuesday and was prescribed metrogel for 5 days. Tonight makes the 2nd day I've been off of the med and I'm ready for sex but afraid that once my SO penetrates me there will be that icky cottage cheese like discharge on his penis. There has only been a little come out but I'm concerned. I've contemplated using a medicated douche to get all the remnants out but I know how bad they are for u and I'm also 20 weeks pregnant. Any advice is welcomed!
