Gifting For A Man's Man

I've run into a bit of a wall in terms of finding good Christmas gifts for my boyfriend. He's a total country boy mans man- he loves cars, dirt, whiskey, guns, football, etc. I bought him a Carhart beanie in his favorite color the other day but I know I can do better than that, especially since it's our first Christmas together & I want to get him something that really stands out. But what?!?! is the question!! Ive tried asking him numerous times & all he's come up with is " I dunno, uhhh gift cards, knick knack's & I'm a simple man"....he's killing me smalls. Any of you ladies who are with a man of similar interests, I would LOVE to hear your gift advice from past, present, &/or future cause as of now, all he's gonna get is a beanie & some lovin....thank you!!
