No! I don't believe in soul mates because it's too damn depressing!! Sure, the short term stuff is great and romantic and wonderful, but no one ever thinks LONG TERM or even considers the fact that shit happens.

Say you found your soul mate, but he's in a loving relationship with another woman and they're happy together with kids? You ganna be selfish and break that family up? Cuz if not, then you're ganna spend the rest of your life miserable and alone because no one else will ever match up to him.

What if you find your soulmate and he gets in a car accident and dies after a month? Again, you're ganna be alone and miserable for the rest of your life.

So no. I don't believe in soul mates because life isn't THAT shitty. I believe you can be truly in love with anyone you have good chemistry with.

I think it's possible, but seems more logical that you would have more then one person you can believe is a soul mate. I used to think my ex was mine, we had been friends for over 8 years before we got together and I think it was more the fact that we knew so much about one another.

Now the man I'm with truly is my soulmate, we have been through so so do much in a short time period and I know he is the man I want to spend the rest of my life with. I think about marriage with him all the time, and we wanted a baby together almost right away. With my ex I never ever pictured getting married or having kids together.

I think many ppl are compatible with us. I don't think there's one person you're supposed to be with or that is the one and only. But I do believe there's only going to be one person that you'll be able to be completely vulnerable with, one person that you can fully open up to. Idk love is confusing lol.
